Open Studio | Jeff Hallbauer
On Friday, July 29th, 6pm-9pm and on Saturday, July 30th, 2pm-6pm, our “Artist in Residence” Jeff Hallbauer/Vancouver will open his studio and invite you to exchange ideas and get to know each other with wine and snacks in an informal setting.
Jeff Hallbauer from Vancouver, our current Artist in Residence, who will be a guest at ESSZIMMER in July and August, is opening his temporary studio.
Hopefully with the best summer weather, the Open Studio invites you to chat informally and get to know Jeff Hallbauer and his art.

The artist is an empath. His paintings are intuitive, self-aware, and finely tuned. Driven
by the desire to represent a sensuous experience outside of himself, he lives himself out in his
work. He allows his body to become mechanized – an instrument of production moving
steadily through space and time.
